Confidence and Motivation classes

These session will be covering confidence building, life coaching, dealing with stress and health and well being. These are all potential barriers.

The course is delivered every week at Bullcroft Memorial Hall and is run in a friendly atmosphere for a number of weeks, each week we will discuss how you can improve confidence and communication and build self esteem as well as tips and facts to improve your general health and well-being.
