Event Information: This workshop is designed to help the Managing Director identify the causes of restricted growth in a SME and provide a route to a Vision and Strategy to overcome them.
The lead facilitator is John Dodgson, a leading consultant in SME strategy and culture who has over 20 years experience in senior and board roles with businesses ranging from a multi-million oil company to SME's.
Delegates can expect to leave with the thinking and tools to take back to their business and senior management team to support the creation of a clear business vision and strategy. During the workshop examples of Vision and Strategies created by real SMEs are used to illustrate the process.
Who should attend? This bespoke workshop is only suitable for Managing Directors of established businesses operating for over three years and who have identified the need for growth in the business.
