Enterprise Coaches
NDDT's team of Enterprise Coaches has been helping individuals in Doncaster to set up their own business since the Success Doncaster initiative was launch in October 2007. The Enterprise Coaches have provided one to one support as well as group training sessions to help individuals tackle the following hurdles:
- To decide if self employment is the right choice for them
- To build up a business idea
- To develop a business plan
- To work through complex issues (e.g.Tax and National Insurance)
- To ultimately get ready to start up their business and become their own boss!
On behalf of Success Doncaster, Doncaster West Development Trust will now be providing a free support service to individuals who wish to gain employment, self employment and to help address financial barriers to employment or self employment. The referral system remains unaltered, with all referrals going through the Success Doncaster helpline.
